Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. All units are inspected by Maintenance and House-Keeping after cleaning. Units are NOT available for occupancy until 4:00 pm. Your cooperation with this policy insures proper cleaning and maintenance of all units. Check-Out is 10:00 am on the departure day. There are no exceptions to this policy. All keys issued to you by the office must be returned, for the check-out process to be finalized. Late departures are subject to a partial or full-day charge, and you will still be required to vacate immediately. For more information regarding check-out policy and other usefull information, please refer to the Courtyard Resort room book. If you are checking-in after 5:00 pm Sunday through Friday or after 6:00 pm on Saturday, please call the resort to arrange key pick-up. (508) 775-8600
